MY ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS AND I KNOW I HAVE AVAILABLE FUNDS ON MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address. Unfortunately, we only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file. You do have the option of paying via PayPal as long as your shipping to a confirmed address.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless you selected Express or Quickshop options at checkout, your order will ship the same day if the order was placed before 12 PM CST.

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?

If you see a double pending transaction on your account you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once.

HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?

Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments please include the discount code in the notes. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.

I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT'S SOLD OUT! WHAT DO I DO?

Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size if the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on "notified me when available" and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email

How do I make a return?

To make a return submit your return request here with your email address and order number.

 

How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.

 

What items are returnable?

Most apparel, shoes, and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original and then packaged durably. Free from tape and stickers. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.


The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Sunglasses

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Lingerie

  • Worn items

  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.

  • Shipping fees


Can I get my money back?

For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. 

Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. 

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.


How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.

Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and aboard.  Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. While we ship most orders within 1 business days during the holidays and peek season it may take up to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
